Important!
Stallholders are reminded that the closest fuel station is at Ardrossan, so please be prepared with a full tank.
Stallholders are required to bring their own equipment and supplies, including:
Tables and chairs
Gazebo
Extension cords
Generator - please keep it at the back of your stall to minimise noise.
Payment facilities - please note that phone signals can be unreliable, so be prepared with cash facilities too.
Stallholders will be asked to be set up by 9 am.
Stallholder Fees
To assist in covering costs for the event, we require a small fee from stallholders, which is payable online upon registration using the form.
Food and Beverage Stalls - $50/day
Merchandise Stalls - $20/day
Camping
Camping is available on the nearby golf course for $20 per site all weekend. Showers and bathroom facilities are also available at Price Caravan Park for $5.
